OUR SERVICES

OBTAINING THE WORK EMPLOYER CERTIFICATE

The work employer certificate is the document issued by the National Institute of Migration, which authorizes a Mexican natural or legal person (either a company or an individual) to issue job offers to foreigners. Job offers are necessary to be able to apply for temporary residence with permission to work, which allows the foreigner to legally reside in Mexico and work.

Employees who have the Work Employer Certificate are obliged by immigration laws to notify the National Institute of Migration, of all the legal obligations (taxes, secutity, etc…) in order to verify that the company is active.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • Advice is provided regarding the necessary documentation in order to comply with the requirements set forth in the Law and Guidelines
  • All the respective procedures are carried out until obtaining the certificate (entry of documents before the INM, follow-up, appearance at home and receipt of document)

OBTAINING A VISA BY JOB OFFER

It is a document to authorize a foreigner to be able to work legally in Mexico and receive payment for their services as well as be subject to legal benefits.

The foreigner is granted the condition of Temporary Residence stay with permission to work, as well as his corresponding identification card, with which he can stay, enter and leave the national territory, for up to one year from its issuance.

  • Advice is provided throughout the process of the procedure, as well as the necessary documents in order to comply with the requirements set by law, regulations and guidelines
  • Obtaining visa authorization from the INM
  • Obtaining an appointment with the corresponding consulate
  • Procedures and follow-up before the INM to obtain the migratory document by exchange of the FMM until delivery of the temporary resident card
  • Payment of fees to the INM for the issuance of an immigration document for one year

RENEWAL OF THE STAY CONDITION FOR FOREIGNERS

It is carried out when an extension of stay in the country is required according to the condition and needs of each foreigner.

NOTIFICATIONS OF FOREIGNERS’ OBLIGATIONS BEFORE THE NATIONAL MIGRATION INSTITUTE

Notifications of change of nationality, name, marital status, address and place of work to the National Institute of Migration, which are obligations to which foreigners residing in Mexican territory are subject and regardless of the condition of migratory stay.
